PeakMetrics announced the launch of AI Perceptions, a Generative Engine Optimization solution built for communications teams to understand and improve how brands are represented across ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Grok, and Perplexity. According to PeakMetrics, AI-generated answers are shaped by news coverage, social media conversations, online communities, and emerging narratives, and AI Perceptions measures AI-generated brand perceptions alongside those sources within its core offering. The company said it becomes the first Narrative Intelligence platform to do so. Teams can track brand perception across LLMs, including favorability, key messages, trust, and competitive positioning; identify top searched questions around their brand, product, competitors, or industry; understand what drives AI answers through narratives, citations, and sources; measure changes over time across models and topics; and benchmark against competitors. CEO and co-founder Nick Loui said AI is becoming one of the first places people go to learn about a company, and that teams need to see when new narratives start showing up in AI answers and understand what is driving them.
