The Public Administrative Service Center of Dong Xoai Ward (Dong Nai City) has put into operation a receptionist robot along with a multi-channel artificial intelligence (AI) system (chatbot, voicebot) to promote administrative reform and build a digital government, according to Báo Tin Tức. Citizens visiting the center are served with the assistance of intelligent reception robots, which provide guidance with clear voices and accurate directions to each service counter, while the AI system on mobile phones allows residents to access and search for information anytime, anywhere without traveling multiple times. Mr. Ngo Hoang Lang, a resident of Ward 2 (Dong Xoai Ward), said the process has become simpler and more convenient and that people are satisfied and appreciate the local government's service spirit. Mr. Nguyen Trong Phat, from Block 1 (Dong Xoai Ward), said handling administrative procedures is now much more convenient and faster, and was most impressed by AI applications that provide detailed advice and guidance, answer questions, and provide additional useful information related to new policies and regulations. Integrating AI and robots into the service process helps people be more proactive in searching for information and completing procedures and creates an open and transparent administrative environment.
