The agreement spans five and a half years, officially commencing in July 2026 and concluding in December 2031, and includes a provision for a five-year extension. For the 2027 fiscal year, HCLTech has provided revenue growth guidance of 1% to 4%, which already accounts for a 50-basis point headwind from specific client-related issues and a 2% to 3% impact from pricing deflation in AI-related services.
