Radio Africa Group CEO Martin Khafafa, speaking as chief guest at Nova Pioneer Tatu Boys' 2026 graduation on July 29, 2026, urged 65 graduates and young people to use their skills for positive contribution, emphasizing discipline and lifelong learning. He said artificial intelligence is now in force, and jobs that exist today may disappear overnight, while new careers that do not exist will become commonplace. Khafafa stated that what is relevant today could disappear tomorrow, and graduates cannot prepare for tomorrow with yesterday's knowledge, urging them to become lifelong learners, read widely, ask questions, and stay curious. He told them their certificates are a licence for the second part of their lives, not proof education is complete. Khafafa urged young people to guard their character, saying it will outlast popularity, and that reputation opens doors. He said students should not fear failure but fear giving up, as failure is the path to success, and should spend less time comparing themselves to others and more time improving themselves.
