Adobe said on Wednesday that its CX Enterprise Coworker, an AI agent for customer service and marketing workflows, is now available within major AI platforms, including ChatGPT, Anthropic's Claude, Databricks Genie, Google's Gemini for business, and Microsoft Copilot. Integrations with Amazon Quick, IBM, and Snowflake are expected to follow, Adobe said. The tool is designed to automate customer experience workflows across Adobe products and third-party platforms, helping marketers plan campaigns, engage customers, and manage customer interactions without switching between applications. Adobe said the integrations use ready-made Model Context Protocol connectors, allowing marketers to access data and take actions across partner systems through a single request without building custom integrations. The company said the AI agent can learn a business's context and workflows while allowing teams to set approval points for its actions.
