Apple is set to introduce a smarter version of its AI system with iOS 27, debuting this June at the Worldwide Developers Conference and rolling out in September alongside the iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max. Reports reveal four new features tied to Apple Intelligence, which appeared in backend code. First, visual intelligence may soon scan food nutrition labels, pulling detailed data and connecting it with the Apple Health app. Second, Visual Intelligence could help users save contact details faster by detecting printed phone numbers and addresses, then suggesting adding them to Contacts. Third, Apple Wallet is set to expand, allowing users to create digital passes by scanning event tickets or gym membership cards, a feature already existing in Google Wallet. Fourth, Safari will use AI to automatically name tab groups based on their content.
