Hulp, an AI-powered personal assistance and concierge platform, announced it has closed a seed funding round, raising $2.6 million. The investment was co-led by Sparrow Capital and BITKRAFT Ventures, with additional participation from DeVC (Z47) and angel investors including Yashish Dahiya, Co-Founder and Chairman of PB Fintech. The capital will be used to expand AI-driven workflows across lifestyle, household management, and operational tasks, strengthen the senior leadership team, and build infrastructure for expansion in India. Founded by Tarun Mathur, Neha Kulwal, and Vishal Singh Khutel, Hulp launched in April 2026 and provides urban Indian households with trained human personal assistants available 24/7 via WhatsApp and its app. Users can delegate tasks through voice notes across more than 15 categories, including government documentation, kitchen management, laundry, gardening, and travel arrangements. Mathur stated the goal is to become a trusted assistance platform for millions of urban households within the next two years. Anuj Tandon of BITKRAFT Ventures noted the investment is based on the value of accumulated understanding of individual needs, while Darshit Vora of Sparrow Capital emphasized India’s premium consumer market opportunity.
