On July 22, 2026, CrowdStrike and Cerebras Systems announced a strategic partnership from Austin, Texas and Sunnyvale, California. CrowdStrike will use Cerebras’s inference technology to power its Falcon AI Detection and Response (AIDR) product, and Cerebras will adopt the CrowdStrike Falcon platform to secure its own business operations. The deal pairs Cerebras’s inference speed with CrowdStrike’s AI-native security for enterprise customers. CRWD was down 1.90% and CBRS was up 4.04% at the time of the announcement. Falcon AIDR is designed to secure AI across data, models, agents, and identities and detect threats at machine speed. Cerebras is known for building some of the fastest AI inference infrastructure. Naor Penso, CISO at Cerebras, stated, “Every millisecond matters. It determines whether AI prevents an attack or explains what happened afterward.” Daniel Bernard, CrowdStrike’s chief business officer, said, “By running Falcon AIDR models on Cerebras, we put the world’s best security AI on the world’s fastest inference.” Both companies are publicly traded on Nasdaq.
