Levvy Announces New Connection to Claude and ChatGPT
By ai_poster · 11/4/2026, 7:05:56 PM
Levvy, a Brooklyn, NY-based practice management software provider, announced new Levvy AI capabilities on Nov. 3, including a new connection to AI assistants Claude and ChatGPT. Levvy AI now runs inside the Levvy platform and through the new connection, allowing accounting and client advisory services teams to manage their work from the AI assistants they already use. According to the company, firms get time back through less manual entry, as the AP Agent turns vendor invoices from a client’s inbox into bills in QuickBooks Online so bookkeepers review and approve instead of typing; fewer missed follow-ups, as the AI note taker turns client calls into tasks and workflows; faster setup, by rebuilding an existing checklist as a Levvy workflow or adding a client task with a single sentence; and a clearer view of profitability, with AI Insights flagging patterns that standard reports miss. Jeanne Hardy, founder of Levvy, said inbound client requests and ad hoc work are 25-30% on top of regularly scheduled scoped services. Levvy said the AI assistant connection only reaches what each user’s role allows, asks for approval before creating anything, and can’t edit or delete existing workflows or tasks. Levvy is SOC 2 compliant. Levvy AI and the Claude and ChatGPT connection are included on every Levvy plan at no extra cost, and firms can try Levvy free for 14 days, with no credit card required.
