Autonomous vehicle companies announced multiple partnerships and expansions. WeRide expanded into Denmark via a partnership with GreenMobility, targeting a public launch of its SAE Level 4 GXR robotaxi platform in the first half of 2027, subject to regulatory approval. Uber committed $10 billion to a multi-partner robotaxi aggregator strategy amid strain with Waymo. Pony.ai outlined a commercial scale strategy for an autonomous freight network. Aurora Innovation secured a multi-year official partnership with Arrow McLaren. Tier IV and Astemo partnered to develop an end-to-end autonomous driving platform. Torc Robotics joined Auto-ISAC to enhance commercial AV cybersecurity. A Waymo executive validated a multi-sensor autonomy stack over vision-only approaches. Tesla’s Autopilot was involved in a Palo Alto head-on collision.
