A Reddit post revealed that Claude share links appeared in Google Search via a "site:claude.ai/share" query, exposing conversations including legal strategy discussions from lawyers, technical troubleshooting, personal conversations of a sexually provocative nature, and other personal and sensitive user conversations. The links were supposed to contain "noindex" tags to prevent search engine indexing, but not all conversations had this tag before being indexed. Most links have since been removed from Google Search, and the "site:claude.ai/share" query now returns zero results.
