KPMG has partnered with OpenAI to reshape how employees and customers interact with enterprise software across public and private sectors in the AI era. As an OpenAI Elite Partner, KPMG will integrate AI into enterprise processes to accelerate decision-making, advance automation and simplify user experiences. The company is also collaborating with OpenAI to design and roll out an AI-native supply chain and fulfillment orchestration platform for its own operations. KPMG is operating within OpenAI’s own environment as a client-zero deployment to help shape a new model for the AI-first enterprise. To accelerate delivery, KPMG will use a forward deployed engineer (FDE) model, placing senior engineers directly alongside OpenAI teams. KPMG’s FDEs will complete OpenAI FDE certification as part of this effort. The collaboration will also support KPMG’s work with US state and local governments through the modernisation of KRIS Connected, a suite of SaaS solutions for public-sector agencies. Last month, KPMG acquired a minority equity stake in OpenAI.
