TKMS and Cohere signed a contract for IT services, announced in Kiel/Toronto on June 29, 2026. The contract covers the deployment of Cohere’s North platform and related project services to support the introduction of a group-wide AI data and integration platform at TKMS. The eight-figure contract is the first assignment under the framework agreement between TKMS and Cohere. The project builds on the Teaming Agreement announced by TKMS and Cohere in January 2026 to explore AI-enabled capabilities for the Canadian Patrol Submarine Project (CPSP). Cohere will provide its secure North platform and cutting-edge AI models, support TKMS in establishing a group-wide AI-powered data platform for internal business purposes, and develop selected software connections. The deployment is intended to improve access to organizational knowledge, strengthen digital workflows, save time and support the secure use of enterprise data in complex engineering and defence environments.
