A 5,053-page chargesheet filed on Saturday in the Ketan Agarwal murder case alleges that Siya Goyal and her co-accused used a fake Instagram account, ChatGPT, murder films and podcasts while planning his death, NDTV reported. Agarwal, a 26-year-old businessman, was allegedly pushed off Lohagad Fort in Pune on June 18 by his fiancee Goyal, assisted by her alleged lover Chetan Chaudhary and another accused, Ritesh Hange; all three have been arrested. The chargesheet states the accused initially discussed seriously injuring Agarwal and explored hiring someone from outside Maharashtra, but dropped the plan fearing the hired assailant could expose the conspiracy or create problems; a person contacted at this stage has since become a witness. They then decided to kill Agarwal themselves, watching murder films, using ChatGPT and listening to podcasts on avoiding police detection, and researched last year’s Meghalaya honeymoon murder case involving Raja Raghuvanshi and his wife Sonam. A fake Instagram account named ‘Mahi’, created using a photograph of a woman known to the accused, lured Agarwal to the fort with messages encouraging a June 18 visit for a surprise birthday plan for Goyal; the account was deleted after the incident.
