LatentView Analytics announced the appointment of Sonal Ramrakhiani as its Chief Executive Officer, effective July 15, 2026. Ramrakhiani brings more than two decades of global leadership experience and most recently led the Wipro Engineering Edge business unit in the Americas. Based in the United States, she will lead the company as it accelerates its global growth strategy, focusing on expanding in the Americas and Europe while advancing its AI-first vision. Rajan Sethuraman, who served as CEO since 2019, will transition to the role of Strategic Advisor to the CEO for up to six months to ensure a seamless handover. Venkat Viswanathan, Founder and Chairperson, noted Sethuraman’s role in guiding the company through its successful IPO and the acquisition of Decision Point.
