Vancouver-based ZenaTech aims to capitalize on AI infrastructure demand with ZenaWorx, a new platform using drones, LiDAR, and digital twin technology to help developers monitor large AI data-center construction. Investors reacted positively, with ZenaTech shares rising nearly 14% on the day. ZenaTech's drones capture LiDAR data over active construction sites, converted into a detailed 3D digital map that can be compared against architectural plans to flag progress or deviations. The company says recurring drone flights with automated 3D analytics can perform site monitoring faster and at lower cost than manual walks and periodic photography. The software will be offered through its Drone as a Service division, which operates a network of more than twenty acquired survey and inspection businesses across North America, and its Enterprise SaaS division. CEO Shaun Passley said ZenaWorx is meant to give operators clearer visibility and better cost control. The software is in initial, early-stage development, not a shipping product; the company has identified a potential beta customer preparing a several-hundred-acre AI data-center project. ZenaTech has pointed to North American AI data-center construction growing at roughly 30 percent annually through 2030.
