Presight CEO Thomas Pramotedham said deploying sovereign AI architecture is critical for maintaining economic productivity and industrial resilience amid geopolitical tensions. The Abu Dhabi-based firm is expanding beyond pilot programs into full-scale production, exporting AI capabilities to emerging markets. A cornerstone strategy involves democratizing advanced analytics for SMEs through a partnership with the Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry, deploying "agentic AI" across over 102,000 registered businesses. In Abu Dhabi, SMEs constitute 98 percent of total businesses and drive 42.8 percent of the non-oil Gross Domestic Product. Presight Synergy integrates over 150 prebuilt machine learning models, connecting to LLMs including OpenAI’s GPT-4, Google’s Gemini, and G42’s Jais. The deployment is projected to reduce software coding requirements by 30 percent and accelerate product development cycles by 50 percent. Pramotedham views AI deployment as digital diplomacy, exporting UAE advancements to the Global South, particularly Africa and Central Asia. Since 2021, the company has established digital infrastructure in over 14 African nations, upgrading government ICT systems and facilitating sovereign data management.
