NVIDIA released the 610.88 WHQL Game Ready driver on July 28, following up on the 610.82 beta that addressed RTX 50-series crashes in Halo: Campaign Evolved. The new driver adds DLSS and RTX support for Halo: Campaign Evolved, a UE5 remake of the original Halo: Combat Evolved campaign that launched July 28, and prepares for the Gears of War: E-Day multiplayer open beta beginning August 6, adding DLSS Super Resolution and NVIDIA Reflex for the beta period. The full E-Day release on October 6 will include the complete DLSS 4.5 suite with Multi Frame Generation. Mistfall Hunter also receives RTX support. Resolved issues include RTX 50-series critical crashes in Halo: Campaign Evolved, Path of Exile 2 long pauses during DX12 sessions, Silent Hill F crashes on exit, and Strange Brigade crashes on exit, plus general stability improvement for Silent Hill F. The driver is 934.3 MB and supports Windows 10 and Windows 11 64-bit. Halo: Campaign Evolved features native DLSS 4 with Multi Frame Generation on RTX 40 and 50 cards, and DLSS 4.5 Ray Reconstruction is on track for August deployment. Gears of War: E-Day will be a full DLSS 4.5 title at launch.
